- One wheelchair is available for use at the Historium Ticket Office, free of charge

- Recommended minimum age for the Historium Virtual Reality experience is 11 years old
- Younger visitors (aged 6 minimum) are also allowed if accompanied by an adult
- Open daily between 11:00 and 18:00. Last admission for the Story Ticket is at 17:00. Last admission for the combined ticket Story+VR is at 16:30
