- Parks are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage

- Lockers and luggage storage are available for an extra charge at the plaza-level entrance
- No refunds for partially used services or no-shows
- Attractions may be non-operational due to technical issues or weather
- Follow ride rules, height, and safety restrictions
- The Bus route map and the schedule for the Free Tourist Shuttle Bus will be provided via email along with your admission tickets.
- Collect SIM from the Etisalat shop at Abu Dhabi Airport upon arrival or city-wide stores
- An original passport and visa (if required) in presence of passport holder are required for SIM activation
- One SIM per passport, for travelers 18+ years as per UAE Telecom Regulation
- SIM card activation using a passport is exclusively for tourists. UAE citizens and residents must present their Emirates ID for SIM activation
