The tour begins with a visit to a cellar in the area of Val d'Orcia where you will taste excellent wines and local products. You will visit Pienza and Montepulciano, two artistic jewels in Val d'Orcia.
Montepulciano is the village where the stateliness of the Renaissance buildings and the refined beauty of the churches are intertwined with the ancient tradition of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, the symbol of the city as well as a delight for the palate. Pienza is a perfect combination of architectural beauty and harmony. Most of the numerous lanes bearing impressive names overlook the breathtaking landscape of Val d'Orcia. Unique tastes, smells and flavors support this natural and artistic heritage. Pienza's most renowned tradition is, in fact, the typical Pecorino cheese.
