During this experience, you'll reach Florence from the centre of Rome and explore the city independently while saving time and money.
At your arrival in Florence Santa Maria Novella you will be offered assistance. City Sightseeing staff will meet you at the bus stop near the station.
At Santa Maria Novella you can climb aboard City Sightseeing Florence, from here it's very easy to reach Piazzale Michelangelo, Fiesole, and much more.
The multilingual guide will tell you the history and many interesting facts about this fascinating city. With free WiFi on Board you are able to download the SIGHTSEEING EXPERIENCE app which gives you an additional audio guide in 5 languages. The app will show you the location of your bus in real time, as well as the waiting time at bus stops.

- After purchasing the package, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email with your voucher attached. You'll need the voucher to use the City Sightseeing buses in Florence
- Please note that you'll have to reach the station in Rome by your own
- Train tickets will be booked for you; you'll receive the train tickets within 48 hours after purchasing this event. Remember to save them on your phone, or print them
- The departure time of your train from Rome will be approximately between 8.20am - 8.35am. The ride takes approximately 1 hour and 32 minutes
- The departure time of your train from Florence will be approximately between 4.48pm - 5.08pm
- Note the schedule may vary depending on availability on board the trains
- Please arrive at the train station at least 20 minutes before the departure time, once you arrive at the station, remember to check the track number on the digital billboards
- If you have any special requests regarding the train departure and/or return times, please contact the tour operator immediately after booking. You will find their information on your voucher
