Here, your guide will share stories of Italy's culinary heritage as you sample a selection of products recognised by the Slow Food presidium. From Gorgonzola DOP to Mortadella Bolognese DOP, from Parmigiano Reggiano to Mozzarella Campana di Bufala, every bite is a testament to Italy's gastronomic prowess.

The experience includes a glass of prosecco, white and red wine, all carefully selected to complement the food. The 3-course tasting menu features fresh and mature cheeses, various cured meats, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta, mortadella with pistachio, and more. You'll also get to try two types of olives, three qualities of bread, extra virgin olive oil, Roman pizza, and sweet accompaniments like honey and jams for pairing with the cheeses. To round off the experience, indulge in a cup of caffè espresso!
