Italian Cooking Class and Dinner at a Chef's House
You will savor the secrets of Italian culinary art and immerse themselves in the local atmosphere, experiencing the true Turin food culture through a home cooking.
During this culinary experience, you will have the opportunity to delve into the kitchen life of Italians. The chef will guide them step by step in preparing and combining products according to Italian tastes, discovering new techniques and methods for cooking healthy, delicious meals while saving energy and time.
Depending on the season and dietary restrictions, you will cook various recipes together. These may include the iconic Piedmontese Bagna Cauda, handmade pasta with a seasonal sauce, and a special dessert such as Tiramisú, Bounet, or Bicerin Mousse.
After cooking, everyone will share the meal together, and participants will take home a piece of true Italian culture, a new cooking philosophy, and hopefully, a new friend from Turin.
