- During some days of high turnout or for reason of force majeure (for example high tide or security problems) the waiting time to access St. Mark’s Basilica might be longer than expected: in this case, please line up and respect the instructions provided by the guide

- The tour is not considered private but it is shared with other guests not belonging to the same party
- The guided tour of the basilica includes every day, the visit to the Terrace (where there are also the famous Horses of Constantinople) and to the Museum of San Marco
- On Sundays and holidays, due to the mass being held on the ground floor, the tour will start directly from the second floor, where there is the Terrace and the Museum of St. Mark. The famous mosaics will be visible only partially from the second floor
- Please note that starting between April 25th and July 14, 2024 on certain dates, registration and payment of an access contribution will be necessary to visit the city of Venice. Please check all the information and procedures for registration or payment on the dedicated website of Comune di Venezia
