Full-Day Asahiyama Zoo, Biei and Ningle Terrace Guided Tour

Know in advance:

• There are two meeting points depending on the time you select: Odori Park Subway Station Exit 31 at 7.30 am, or JR Sapporo Station North Exit Bus Parking Lot at 7.45 am. Please make sure to arrive at the designated departure point on time
• The minimum number of participants is 4. If this number is not reached, the tour will be canceled and you'll be notified via email 4 days before the departure date
• In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made one day before departure (6.00 pm local time) whether the tour will be canceled or not. You will be notified by email at any time
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary of each attraction or the duration of stay will be adjusted. The itinerary in the description is for reference only and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid planning events that night
• Children under 3 years old can be seated on an adult's lap for free, or occupy a seat at the adult price. Please notify the presence of a child in the "Additional Comments" field at checkout. You will be contacted by the local provider one day before your trip to confirm the arrangement
• Please write your language preference between English, Japanese or Chinese in the "Additional Comments" field at checkout
• The entrance fees of Asahiyama Zoo and Shikisai-no-oka are included

• Please wear light clothing and comfortable shoes. Bring additional warm clothes (if necessary)
