- The pick-up counter is located in the Terminal 3, 2F "Global WiFi x NINJA WiFi" counter. Hours are from 6:30 am - 11:45 pm
- You can return your device at any of the counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 & T2), Haneda (T2 & T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 & T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery. Please contact the local operator to change your return location. You will find the contact details after booking
- Extra fees will be charged for extensions, late returns, and lost devices
- You will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router
- Customers who use more than 3GB in one day may notice slower speeds, or even a temporary loss of connection
