The second (dinner) and third options (lunch) guide you through every step involved in making ramen in four hours — from preparing the sauce and soup to selecting ingredients and making noodles.
Whether you choose to learn over lunch or dinner, these courses offer a comprehensive introduction to the art of ramen making.
