Buntokuyama offers an exclusive dining experience with a reservation-only special set menu paired with sparkling sake from the "MINAKI" range. This exquisite meal begins with Sakizuke (Amuse), followed by Zensai (Appetizer), Wan (Soup), Tsukuri (Sashimi or Fresh fish), Nakazara (Hot dish), Susumizakana (Specialty), Siizakana (Main dish), Shokuji (Rice cooked in earthenware pot, pickled vegetables, soup) and concludes with Kanmi (Dessert). The content of this set menu changes fortnightly, ensuring a fresh and exciting dining experience each visit. The price includes service charge and consumption tax, however, beverages and additional orders on the day are not included.
