Your journey begins with a friendly introduction and a refreshing drink, followed by an invitation to assist in preparing the meal. Whether you choose to participate or simply observe, making notes and capturing memories through photographs, the experience promises to be delightful. All the host families speak English, offering you the chance to engage in enlightening conversations about daily life in their country. Feel free to share stories from your own culture - it is always very interesting to hear about other cultures!

Know in advance:
- Remember to adapt your clothes to the local culture: in bigger cities the culture is different than in the countryside, but too much skin is not appreciated anywhere
- Don't forget to ask permission and discuss when you want to take pictures of the local family (and/or post them on social media). Most of the time everyone is fine with it
- The minimum number of participants is 2
