- Lost World Hot Springs Night Park is open from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm daily
- Lost World Of Tambun Ipoh is open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, and from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends
- The park is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance purposes, but it will be open every Tuesday during the Malaysian school holidays
- Non-Malaysian refers to international or passport holders
- If non-Malaysian guests present a Malaysia MyKad e-ticket, they will need to pay the price difference
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Child rates apply to children over 90cm tall or aged 4-12 (based on birth year)
- Free admission for children under 90cm in height
- Re-entry is not allowed. Wristbands will be removed upon exit
- The management may request more information or documents for verification purposes
- Sunway Lost World of Tambun reserves the right to change terms and conditions or withdraw promotions without prior notice
- The management can refuse entry if terms and conditions are not followed

- Guests must provide ID or passport for ticket verification at the counter. If the name on the ticket doesn’t match the name on the ID, admission may be denied without a refund
