- The ticket is valid on the day purchased. The usual opening times (subject to change) are Wednesday to Monday 10.00am - 10.00pm, Tuesday 10.00am - 7.00pm
- Rainbow Skywalk and Observatory Deck is open daily 10:00am to 10:00pm, Tuesday: 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Jurassic Research Centre, Top Boutique Aquarium, Sky Bridge are open daily 10:00am to 7:00pm
