On this half-day tour, you will see the breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage site - Wadden Sea. Explore the area by boat at low tide, scouting for grey seals, harbor seals, migrating birds, plants and more. Then visit one of the ancient fisherman’s towns on the Wadden Sea coast and see the famous enclosing dike between Noord-Holland and Friesland. This tour is family-friendly and suitable for all ages!

A luxurious coach will be waiting for you at the pick up location to take you to the boat where your tour guide will travel with you throughout the day. Climb up to the deck where you can admire the wildlife while sailing for 2.5 hours.

Next, visit the historic fisherman’s town Harlingen on the Wadden Sea coast where you will enjoy one hour to wander, shop, eat or relax in this beautiful town! On your way back to Amsterdam you will stop at the famous enclosing dike between Noord Holland and Friesland, which protects the low country against flooding.

Viktig information

When the cruise approaches the seals, you are requested to stay seated and quiet, so that everyone can see them for as long as possible
The boat does have a nice indoor seating area, but the seals and mudflats are best viewed from the deck
A bar is available on the cruise for drinks and snacks (please, payments by cash only)
Please note that on the Wadden Sea it is always a few degrees colder than in Amsterdam. Bringing warm clothes and a raincoat is advised
During April and beginning of May only: You will drive by the colorful tulip fields and stop for some pictures (if the weather and the time schedule allows)
The bus is equipped with a toilet
In case of severe weather, the trip can be canceled
