- Opening times: Monday to Friday 10.00am-6.00pm; Saturday to Sunday till 7.00pm. Last admission recommended one hour before closure
- Wheelchairs up to max. 80 cm width are not a problem, only 2 attractions cannot be reached
- Infants (age 0-4) have free admission to the museum
- The maximum tickets are 10 per day. For children, you can select a maximum of 5
