Discover Salt Mine in Wieliczka - one of the most incredible and fascinating Polish monuments. Uncover underground paths leading through numerous drifts, galleries and chambers and find out how underground life looked like.

Your mining adventure begins with a pickup service from your hotel in Krakow. After a 30-minute drive, you'll meet the local guide at the museum - look for a man in a miner uniform! After a brief introduction, you'll be ready to dive underground.

Go down an impressive staircase, pass narrow corridors admiring sculptures made by miners. Your guide will provide you with precious insights about the history of the mine and its particular microclimate. You will be amazed at salt sculptures in the impressive chapel of St. Kinga. Discover underground lakes and chambers, before returning to the surface with a mining elevator. 3 hours and 900 stairs later, you will be surely satisfied with your visit. Go back to your driver waiting in the car park and return to your hotel in the city.
