- The ticket has to be exchanged at the arrival in order to provide the visitor with a time-slot
- The audio guide is available in French, German, English, Italian, Spanish, Portugal, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean
- Students need a valid student's ID
- The museum is fully wheelchair accessible
- The average duration of the tour is one hour
- Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult
