in case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded

Please wait in front of the lift entrance to the car park, at street level. Your driver-guide will meet you there to pick you up. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the tour's starting time.
