- The minimum age for this tour is 2 years old and children must be accompanied by an adult

- Each tuk-tuk has a capacity of 4 people maximum
- In winter, tuk-tuks have blankets and protective layers against rain and wind
- The tour operates with a multilingual driver-guide
- There is no luggage department in the tuk-tuk to store any handbags, wheelchairs, strollers or any further items
- Itinerary is not subject to change, but it may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
