The Royal Palace of Madrid is an essential stop when visiting this city: enjoy a guided tour by a local guide to learn all the history and curiosities of this impressive building.
Its measures are colossal, it has a total area of 199,000 m² and 3478 rooms and is considered the largest royal palace in Western Europe. During this tour you will discover everything about this palace, for example that it was ordered to be built by King Felipe V on the remains of the Real Alcázar, which was destroyed by a fire in the 18th century.
On our tour you will see the collection of musical instruments, among which the Palatine Stradivarius stand out, alongside with the paintings, sculptures and tapestry preserved in the Palace. After the visit to the Royal Palace, we will enjoy a walking tour of approximately one hour. We will visit emblematic places such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Congreso de los Diputados, Plaza de la Villa and Paseo del Prado.
