Feast on smoked salmon canapes and gin cocktails in a cool 18th century bar, warm scones, jam and freshly whipped cream, fantastic Scottish cheeses, meat or veggie haggis and an ice cream made by Scottish ice cream enthusiast Joe Sykes - so of course his ice cream shop is called Joelato
This lunchtime/afternoon food tour is a lovely way to access some of the best of Scottish food in a beautiful part of Edinburgh that is not really on the tourist trail and is a great complement to The Old Town.
Stroll through the elegant streets of 18th and 19th century Edinburgh with an experienced local guide and sample traditional, locally-sourced Scottish food while chatting with the people who made it.
