Viktig information

Not allowed:

Access to the exhibition with baby strollers, suitcases, or other bulky items is not permitted. You can purchase the cart service for £3, and there will be lockers available for bulky items at the entrance
Outside food and drinks

Know in advance:

Children under 4 can visit free of charge, no ticket needed. Minors under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Children from the age of 8 onwards are allowed to participate in the VR Experience on their own
Skip-the-line access to the VR Experience is only included in the VIP ticket. For Standard ticket holders, access to the VR experience can be purchased separately on-site
Reduced-price tickets are available for students, senior citizens aged 65 and over, and disabled guests
The experience contains strobe lights, if strobe lights affect you, please do let the venue staff know upon arrival
Please bear in mind that socks need to be worn in the bubble bath. Cloakroom available on-site
