Know in advance:

This is a private activity. Only your group will participate
The group consists of a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 12
Moderate walking ability is required
Plan your journey to the meeting point well in advance as refunds cannot be given for lateness or delays
If you want to get your photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley, it's recommend to arrive 45 minutes before the tour starts, as queues can be big. There won't be time for the photo during the tour itself

Remember to bring:

Comfortable shoes, camera, drinks and snacks, and an umbrella
Contactless payment card or Oyster card for travel

Mötesplats:

Meet your guide at the bottom of the steps leading up to the Parcel Yard, located opposite the Platform 9¾ Shop in King's Cross Station. The Shop is located next to platform 9 in King's Cross Station itself. Your guide will be holding on to an A4 sign that says Platform 9 3/4. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the experience starts.
