You can't come to London without visiting Westminster Abbey, the House of Parliament and the famous Big Ben. On this tour you'll gain new knowledge about the role and lives of MPs, Lords and key officers across parliament. Discover how and why the Elizabeth Tower, the Great Clock and the Great Bell, Big Ben, were built.

To begin the tour, join your guide at the entrance of Westminster Abbey for a guided tour of the building, followed by a mini self guided audio tour of Parliament.

The latter offers picturesque views, with its golden spires and statues of kings reflected in the river. Flanked by Victoria Tower, you'll also learn the history of the Elizabeth Tower otherwise known as the Big Ben, from the first medieval clock tower built at the old Palace of Westminster to the design and construction of the present incarnation. With Big Ben being one of the most famous images of London, here you'll encounter a building considered a World Heritage site by UNESCO since 1987.

Infants get free admission but require a ticket, please select your free ticket at check-out
There is the option of booking a half-day small group tour, you can choose this ticket option during checkout
The half-day small group tour has a maximum of 15 people per guide whereas the half-day tour has no maximum capacity
Please dress appropriately, wear sensitive shoes and remove hats whilst visiting Westminster Abbey as it is a place of worship
Personal photography is permitted in the Westminster Abbey church and the Houses of Parliament (some areas are forbidden in both buildings) but please do not use flash photography, tripods or take pictures during services
Large items, such as suitcases or large backpacks are not allowed inside Westminster Abbey and there are no storage facilities and any bags with wheels are not allowed inside the Abbey as they can damage the floor
Security checks will take place before entry to the Abbey and the Houses of Parliament, your bag will be searched before you go in
Some areas of the Abbey are inaccessible to wheelchair users and visitors with reduced mobility
The Houses of Parliament is accessible to wheelchair users
Assistance dogs are welcome in the Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament
The Abbey and the public galleries for the House of Commons and House of Lords Chambers are equipped with a hearing loop system
