Cape Town Table Mountain Abseil Experience

- Guests are welcome to view your abseil experience from the top
- Average fitness level is required
- It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes, shoes and a warm jacket
- Activity does not take place if it is raining on top of the mountain, over the abseil site
