You'll cross when the tide is low and set off on a guided tour into local heritage and culture at Uzi village, a rural Swahili village, and around. You'll see the locals do activities like weaving, carpentry, bee farming, and seaweed farming while learning about the sites. The tour will bring you to Muyuni Village as well, where you'll get to know the lifestyle of the locals by spending some time in the village and you'll understand the importance of their traditions.
