Enjoy introductory Muay Thai. Have fun during this Muay Thai session and don't worry if this is your first attempt.

There are various clinching techniques and many call it The Art of Eight Limbs, which commonly combines elbows, fists, knees, and shins.

Get handy tips and tricks from your professional instructors, who will guide you through the entire duration of the class. Once you understand basic Muay Thai, your trainer will become your boxing partner to help you improve your technique.

The morning.00 am is 90 minutes. The evening.00 pm is 120 minutes.
Maximum about 30 people allowed in a class
Wear comfortable shorts/sports outfit as you will move a lot
Not included: Hand wraps need to be purchased at the gym (350 THB per person - if you already have, you can bring your own and don't need to buy)
