Your journey begins from Dresden, leading you to this tranquil haven where you can take a leisurely stroll around Lübbenau. Perhaps your wanderings will take you across wooden bridges and narrow paths to Lehde or Leipe, past traditional Sorbian wooden houses where the Sorbs and Wends, an indigenous people with their own language and culture, inhabit this area. Their presence is palpable in the bilingual place-name signs, traditional costumes, and intricately painted Easter eggs.
In Lübben, you'll have the opportunity to board a boat or kayak and drift through the Spree Lagoon for around 1 to 2 hours. Along the way, you can savour regional cuisine at one of the riverside snack bars.
Following this, a minibus tour takes you to the Lower Spreewald, Burg and Slavenburg Raddusch. Your return journey to Dresden is enriched by the melodic strains of Sorbian-Wendish songs and engaging tales.

- For the most part, you'll be transported by minibus. In Lübbenau and Raddusch you'll also move on foot. However, depending on individual preference, you should not walk more than 3 to 4 km
