Beginner SUP lesson in Zingst

If you have never paddled on a SUP before, this course is for you! Learn how to paddleboard with this 1-hour SUP course.

Your professional instructors teach you the basics of SUP surfing and prepare you during individual training with specific tips. They will explain the SUP board, the paddle and the special features of surfing. You will be prepared for paddling on lakes, rivers, and the Baltic Sea, of course. After the course, you will have the paddleboard for 2 more hours to use on your own.

Depending on the weather and waves, you will use paddleboards (big surfboards). If there are waves and/or too much wind, you will use smaller surfboards.

The surf training is conducted with the latest material and therefore guarantees the best training success. You will learn from certified VDWS SUP instructors who live their passion for surfing every day in small training groups that focus on your personal skill level. The surf spot directly at the Baltic Sea means you will be training in the most beautiful nature reserve in Germany. The school cares about your safety and therefore carries out daily safety checks regarding both the spot and the material.
