• Please select your pick-up hotel when booking. If you haven't decided on your pick-up location yet, you can update it later. However, please note that you must contact the local operator to update your pick-up information at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update the pick-up location prior to the departure date may impact your ability to join the tour. The company will not be responsible for any missed tours, and fees paid will not be refunded
• Individual special needs, cannot be guaranteed. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed
• This guided tour requires guests to be able to climb moderately steep ladders with minimal assistance
• All children 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult
• Infants under 1 year can sit on laps (= no seat occupation and free of charge) or in a car seat (=occupy a seat and need a ticket). Children aged 6 and under are required to use the car seat during the trip. It is possible to bring your own car seat/booster or rent one for 10.00 USD per day. Please request in advance, depending on availability
• Infants under 1 year old who do not occupy seats are free of charge. If the trip travels with a van or vehicle, the infant must occupy a seat. Please make a clear note during checkout or inform the supplier by using the information you find in the voucher, otherwise, they may not be able to enter the Antelope Canyon
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 57 travellers
• The voucher and valid photo ID required for check-in
• Cancellation has to be made 24 hours before the tour starts to receive a full refund. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour date will result in $50 rescheduling fee
• If road closures or other factors obstruct certain tour areas, the tour provider will seek alternative routes or locations to maintain an enriching experience
• In cases where planned tour elements are inaccessible due to closures, guests will receive a partial refund after processing fees are deducted
• Decisions to close Antelope Canyon due to weather are solely made by the canyon operators or Navajo Parks and Recreation; the tour provider doesn't have authority over these closures
• If guests can't access Antelope Canyon, the tour will still feature Horseshoe Bend Overlook and Glen Canyon Dam. A refund, minus processing fees, for the Antelope Canyon portion will be provided
