- Departure times will be sent by email two days prior
- Alcatraz time slot will be assigned randomly by the local supplier as early as 9.00 am or as late as 4.00 pm
- The ferry boat departs back each hour to the mainland
- The lunch credit must be used on the same day
- The restaurant is assigned and guests will be responsible for any additional food charges
- The bike rental voucher is valid on the same day of Alcatraz or the day after
- The bike rental is located in Fisherman's Wharf (not Pier 33) and is due back by 5.00 pm
