Start the journey with "Banh Trang Nuong" - grilled Vietnamese rice paper, also called Da Lat Pizza. After that, you will go to another place for "Banh Uot Long Ga" - thin rice flour pancake with stir-fried chicken viscera. This is the most unique dish among all Da Lat street food since you can rarely find it in other parts of Vietnam.
You will also try "Banh Can vĂ Xiu Mai" - Vietnamese mini pancake with meatballs, and visit Da Lat night market. Take a walk to work off the food before tasting the delicious dessert "Kem Bo" - Da Lat avocado shake with coconut ice cream - a must-try delicious dish when coming to Da Lat.
Before going back to your hotel, take a hot glass of soy milk and grab some tasty pastries to warm up your body. The chilly air makes the taste of soy milk in this place so charming, unlike other places where you've ever enjoyed this drink.
