This service can be booked for Cat Bi Airport to hotel in Tuan Chau or Ha Long or vice versa.

You can choose between the following options available in the order box:

Option 1: 4 Seater Car (Toyota Vios or similar) for maximum 2 passengers

Option 2: 7 Seater Car (Toyota Innova or similar) for maximum 3 passengers

Option 3: 16 Seater Car (Ford Transit or similar) for maximum 8 passengers

Surcharge: Over time (per hour): 10/12/16 USD for 4/7/16 Seater Car (paid to transfer operator)
Late/Early surcharge from 10.00 pm to 5.00 am: 10/12/16 USD for 4/7/16 Seater Car (paid to transfer operator)

Know in advance:

Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
The driver will be Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The customer service team (English speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7. Contact info found on the voucher
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
You'll be requested to provide: pick up date and time, number of pax, pick up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time: for International flights - 90 minutes. For Domestic flights - 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
