Day 1: Sai Gon, Cai Be, Vinh Long, Can Tho
You'll leave your accommodation in the city center and drive to Cai Be for a boat trip on the river. Onboard, you'll have a chance to taste local fruits and try delicious coconut juice. After that, you'll visit local craft makers, including handicrafts made with water hyacinth and Banana leaf hammocks. Later, you'll explore the making of coconut candy and pop rice.
Day 2: Can Tho, Cai Rang, Sai Gon
You'll start your day with breakfast and Vietnamese milk coffee amid scenic surroundings. Cruise to Cai Rang Floating Market, and navigate mangrove-lined canals on a rowing boat. Experience the day's highlight with a long boat journey to Vinh Long Province. Try an authentic lunch at a local home. Drive to Can Tho, spend the night at Bamboo Eco Village, and enjoy dinner. After that, you can rest in a tropical double bedroom with AC. Charge your batteries, and prepare for a visit in a rice noodle-making shop. Explore the local village by bicycle, and engage in a cooking(bánh xèo) and try a DIY lunch. You'll back to Saigon (HCM city) around 6:00 pm, with amazing memories and a heart full of love.
