- The driver may be Vietnamese speaking only
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide: Pick up date & time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time: For international flights - 90 minutes; For domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
