- The driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- At checkout please provide: Pick up date and time, number of pax, pick-up and drop-off point, Flight number, Full name (all passengers), Year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time for international flights: 90 minutes; for domestic flights: 60 minutes. Train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
