Not allowed:

Smoking (except for designated locations)
Feeding the animals arbitrarily. You are only allowed to do that using the food provided and after being instructed by animal care personnel
Food and beverages from outside. Foods intended for use by children or people on a special diet are allowed
Bringing live animals with you
Bicycles, skis, roller skates and sound-emitting equipment which may affect other guests and animals
Weapons (including bow and arrow) and explosive substances
Stepping on the grass, breaking the branches to pick flowers, damaging the landscape, trees, property and other decorations
Climbing/lying on trees, on benches or public wooden chairs

Know in advance:

Children ticket: height from 100 cm to 140 cm
Adult ticket: height from 140cm
Children under 140 cm must be accompanied by adults
Tickets are based on height. Please be advised that guests who do not meet their ticket's height requirements may be denied entry into the park without a refund
The operator will issue the ticket under the guest's passport information
