Enjoy Salzburg in the best way possible by visiting the historic fortress with a combined menu and a "Best of Mozart" concert. Take the cable car up to the Fortress Hohensalzburg, from where you will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of Salzburg. Spoil yourself with a romantic dinner at the Panorama Restaurant unforgetable view. Afterwards, experience the "Best of Mozart" concert in the historic atmosphere of either the Golden Hall / Arms Hall / Castle Hall with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's most famous chamber music. Depending on the option, you can look forward to the following delicious menus:
Classic Dinner Menu:
• Mini bread rolls with 2 different spreads
• Consommé of beef with semolina dumpling
• Filled turkey roulade supreme with truffle-mashed potatoes and fruity sauce
• Mozart dessert
VIP Dinner Menu:
• Mini bread rolls with 2 different spreads
• White wine soup with roasted Marcona almonds
• Sous vide cooked short ribs from local beef on potato gratin and grilled asparagus OR Salzburger trout fillet "Müllerin Art" with parsley potatoes
• Salzburger Nockerl-Fluffy egg soufflé with vanilla cream and berries

- VIP dinner and concert package: numbered seats and VIP dinner

- Weather permitting, those who have booked the VIP dinner will be served the dinner on the panoramic terrace
- January, February, March, April, September, October, November and December: 5.30 pm ascent with the fortress train, 6:00 pm dinner, 8:00 pm concert
- May, June, July and August: 6.00 pm ascent with the fortress train, dinner at 6.30 pm, concert at 8.30 pm
- 24th December: 01.00pm lunch, concert at 3.00pm
- There are Individual tables for dinner in the Panorama Restaurant. Your table will be allocated according to the number of people booked, except 23.-25.12.
- Please note that the restaurant only accepts payment by credit card (Visa & Mastercard)
- Vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options available upon request. Please express this request to the service staff in the evening
- Table allocation in the restaurant according to the number of booked persons, except 23.-25.12. Weather permitting, the VIP dinner is served on the panorama terrace
