Meet your local host family and, after having your first drink together, start helping prepare the meal, observing, taking notes to record all the recipes, and taking pictures with your new friends.

All the local families speak at least some basic English, and you will have a chance to chat and learn about daily life in their town and country, ask what you want to know, and share something yourself!

Kindly adapt your clothes to the local culture: in bigger cities, the culture is different than in the countryside, but too much skin is not appreciated anywhere
