Class 3+ Rafting Trip on the Fraser River from Jasper

If you're in search of grand water and even grander thrills, the Fraser River is your answer. This Class 3+ raft trip is a dream come true for adventurous paddlers craving an adrenaline-fuelled experience amidst untamed wilderness.

Your adventure commences with a scenic drive from Jasper to the launch point at Mount Robson, the loftiest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Upon arrival, you'll be kitted out with wetsuits, paddle jackets, helmets, and life jackets. A certified guide will conduct a comprehensive safety briefing before you take to the water, steering through sections of large, undulating whitewater.

Following a brief portage around Rearguard Falls, you'll plunge directly into the Fraser’s most exhilarating stretch. With swift, turbulent waves, this part of the river promises a wild ride that's bound to leave you drenched and grinning. Be vigilant for wildlife — and during late summer, you may even glimpse spawning salmon.

The Fraser is renowned for its consistency — when other rivers dwindle, this one maintains its robust flow. With its blend of potent rapids and awe-striking scenery, it’s no surprise that the Fraser is a top pick among guides and thrill-seekers alike.
