Stradun is the main street of Dubrovnik. The limestone-paved pedestrian street runs some 300 metres through the Old Town, the historic part of the city surrounded by the Walls of Dubrovnik. There you will see the Franciscan Monastery, a perfect example of Dubrovnik's unique architecture. Built in the Romanesque-Gothic style, the Monastery is a true masterpiece, housing one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe and its own museum, which displays priceless objects from Dubrovnik's historic and cultural past.

The route takes you around the Old Town via Onofrio's Fountain and up Prijeko Street to the Old Port - the key to Dubrovnik's trading and maritime success. Along the way you will pay a visit to St. Saviour's, the grandiose Franciscan and Dominican church, and see wine-producing vines believed to be more than 100 years old.

You will also get to know with Jewish neighborhood - Žudioska Street where the Jewish community was once situated. Here you can visit the famous Synagogue established in the 15th century, re-built in 1652 and still in use today.

In Sponza Palace you will see a memorial room dedicated to the killed Dubrovnik defenders in Homeland War and get to know the contemporary history of Dubrovnik.
