Imagine soaring in a hot air balloon over Luxor's ancient treasures, the Nile River and verdant fields. Join this 1-day tailormade tour from Hurghada and discover the highlights of Luxor combined with a hot air balloon experience.

Your adventure begins with a complimentary pick-up from your hotel lobby to Luxor. After a four-hour drive, you'll arrive at the hot air balloon location. Ascend into the sky for a bird's eye view of Luxor's monuments, a sight that will leave you spellbound.

Following this, delve into the mysteries of the Valley of the Kings, once known as the “Gates of the Kings” or the “Place of Truth”. Here, you'll explore three of its 63 royal tombs and learn about the mighty kings who lay there in stone sarcophagi, awaiting immortality. Listen to a certified Egyptologist who shares their love of history and art with you.

Next, visit the temple of Hatshepsut rising out of the desert plains and hear tales of the greatest mummy find in history made in 1876. Before crossing the immortal River Nile to Luxor East Bank, pause at two towering 60-foot stone statues that have stood sentinel for over 3,000 years.

You'll then relax onboard a motor boat heading to Hotel Steigenberger or Iberotel Luxor for lunch, before reaching the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple complex. Finally, return to your accommodation in Hurghada.
