The massage therapists on a standard basis include a man and a woman therapist. You are welcome to particularly request male or female massage therapists. Please request them during the checkout process. However, due to differences in charges, an additional charge of 50 euros per hour will be applied for any requested massage professional out of the standard basis

In all sessions, 10 minutes are included to undress, redress, shower, and client consultation
Appointments missed by more than 15 minutes, will be cancelled and fully charged as no-show. If you are late less than 15 minutes, you will be accommodated depending on availability but your treatment will be shortened
