What to expect

In one day, you'll see geysers and golden waterfalls, you'll walk between continents, and learn about Viking history. Departing from Reykjavík, the first stop will be Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the Eurasian and American tectonic plates are pulling apart from each other. You can actually stand on two different continents at once here!

The next stop is the Geysir geothermal area, where you can see the geyser Strokkur erupt every few minutes. Strokkur sends boiling hot water up to 30 meters into the sky, which is quite the spectacle. Next up is Gullfoss Waterfall's, one of Iceland's most famous waterfalls. The "Golden Falls" waterfall is fed by millions of gallons of freezing meltwater from the second-largest glacier in Iceland, Langjökull. You can see the waterfall from different viewing platforms, giving you plenty of fantastic picture opportunities.

Once you have seen these three gems of Iceland, you'll finish the day off with a geothermal spa visit at Sky Lagoon. The Sky Lagoon is inspired by Icelandic bathing culture and offers a fabulous oceanside spa experience from a 250-foot infinity pool with views you will never forget. You will enjoy a heavenly seven-step ritual that will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated. Lie back in the warm, soothing waters and have a cocktail at the swim-up cave bar. Only Iceland gives you so much in one day – enjoying the best of her nature, history and culture, it’ll be a day you’ll never forget.
