Once you have been picked up from the designated pick-up point in Reykjavik it will be time to head towards the east, over Hellisheiði pass, and through the southern lowland to Sólheimajökull, an outlet glacier of Mýrdalsjökull, Iceland’s 4th largest glacier. From there you will move towards Iceland‘s most famous black sand beach, Reynisfjara, where the roaring Atlantic ocean fiercely hits the shore. Just off the beach, Reynisdrangar basalt stacks majestically rise from the sea.
The next stop is Vík, the most southern town in Iceland where you will stop at the local church. After having explored Vik, it's time to turn around and start making the way back to the city. On the way back the tour will stop at Skógafoss, roughly 65m high cascade, and the picturesque Seljalandsfoss, where you’ll have a chance to walk behind the waterfall. At all sites, you will have enough time to enjoy and make great memories to take home.
