  • Ideal tour for nature lovers of all kinds

What to expect

On this day trip, you'll discover some of Iceland's most beautiful nature, from black sand beaches to impressive and enchanting waterfalls. The scenic region of the south coast is one of the flattest regions of Iceland, and where most of all grain farming takes place. The high mountains shield the area from the harshest winds from the north.

The stops along this tour include the gorgeous Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls. You can even walk behind Seljalandsfoss waterfall, so make sure to bring a raincoat! Skógafoss, another famous Icelandic waterfall, has been featured in the films Thor: The Dark World and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Up next is Reynisfjara black sand beach, with the Reynisdrangar rock formations and columnar basalt. The beach is one of the most spectacular and beautiful beaches in Iceland, but can be dangerous so do not go too close to the waves. You will also visit Sólheimajökull and walk up to a small lake which has formed by the retreating glacier.

During this tour you will visit:

  • Lava Centre
  • Solheimajokull
  • Vik
  • Reynisfjara
  • Skogafoss
  • Seljalandsfoss
