- Starters: a selection of typical appetizers according to the seasons: mixed crostini stuffed with seasonal ingredients, cold cuts and cheeses; quiche with seasonal vegetables; pallotte Cacio e Ova. This is one of the most delicious dishes of the typical culinary tradition of Abruzzo. A kind of cheese ball without meat, made with a mixture of excellent cheese and egg
- First course: a typical Italian pasta dish: paccheri with fresh and seasonal sauce
