After being picked up in Matera, you will travel to Bari, where you will meet your guide.
You'll travel through the old center's alleys (Bari Vecchia), past streets where women ingeniously knead the mass to make the famed orecchiette and legends of superstition and faith. You'll see three main symbols of this city: the Swabian Castle, the Cathedral of San Sabino, and the Basilica of San Nicola. Not only that, but you'll take a trip along the Wall to see some of Bari's most photographed spots. The tour will end at Piazza del Ferrarese with an explanation of the Borgo Murattiano and some shopping time.
Return to Matera after some free time and lunch at your leisure.
