Hop aboard an air-conditioned minibus, which will navigate through the national park, leading you to the summit of Mount Vesuvius. Along the way, you'll encounter pine forests, lush woods, vibrant yellow flowers, and a surreal volcanic landscape, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples.

Upon reaching the summit, a volcanologist will accompany you on a tour around the crater. Take your time absorbing the panoramic views before returning to the parking area, where your driver will be ready to transport you back to Naples.

You can choose between the following options available in the order box:

Standard group: up to 40 pax
Small group: up to 18 pax
VIP Small group: up to 8 pax

Important to know

Know in advance:

Children must be accompanied by an adult
At checkout, there is a dropdown to select your desired language, however this is a request which you may later be contacted about to advise if possible
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required for the tour to run
Transport is wheelchair accessible; however, be prepared for uneven surfaces at the sites visited which may be difficult for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
During the low season from November to March, the live guide inside Pompeii will be replaced by an official interactive audioguide for groups of less than six
In the event of ongoing maintenance or restoration of certain buildings, the tour guide will substitute with alternative sites
